    Our 100% silk habotai clay ribbon is 3 metres in length.

    This ribbon is ultra soft, and floats beautifully from your bouquet. It is hand wound around a wooden spool, meaning that you shouldn't need to iron your product prior to using it on your wedding day. 

    The ribbons are made to be very slightly frayed on the edge, but no so much that you will have loose threads come away from the ribbon. 

    As our ribbons are hand dyed, there may be subtle differences from one spool to the next.

    How much do I need to purchase to wrap around my bouquet?
    We would recommend around 1 metre per bouquet to get that soft, floaty look. If you would like the ribbon to be extra long from your bouquet, you can go up to 1.5 metres per bouquet.

    Domestic Shipping: Oh It's Perfect offers Australia Post Or Tracked Courier Delivery for $9.95,  and FREE Shipping on all domestic orders $55 AUD and over. We use the fastest option available with tracking (either Australia Post, TNT or Couriers Please). Once your order is picked up by Courier you are emailed the tracking number, you can track your order here.

    Most domestic orders are received within 1-5 business days.

    *Bulky Items Excluded: Please not bulky items and cakes are excluded from the free shipping over $55 offer.

    International Shipping: Yes, we ship internationally!

    For all New Zealand orders we charge a flat rate of $15 AUD. 

    For all other countries we charge a flat rate of $25 AUD (excluding wholesale and bulk orders) 

    Express Orders are charged at $45 AUD and sent via DHL Express - the fastest international shipping method available.

    Any Duties and Taxes payable on International Orders are the responsibility of the recipient and Oh It's Perfect has no control over import fees. Please see Importation Costs for further information

    Dispatch: All orders are dispatched daily from our warehouse, unless ordering a made-to-order product or a Pre-order item.

    Authority To Leave: The courier will have an authority to leave your order package unattended at the delivery location at your sole risk, unless you request otherwise in your order notes (Checkout) or by emailing us info@ohitsperfect.com.au

    Eco-friendly: We try our best to use eco-friendly packaging options.

     

    Do you accept exchanges and returns? 
    We hope you will love your products, however if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept your return and/or assist you in exchanging it for something different. Please note, we only accept unopened and unused product returns,

    You must return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. This applies to full price items only. No refunds/exchange offered on sale items.

    What is your return policy?
    Items that have been unused and unopened may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us info@ohitsperfect.com.au with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange and/or return. 

    Please note any costs associated with shipping the return are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees will not be refunded. 

    You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Once your product is received and your return is approved, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within approximately 1-3 business days.

    You will be charged a restocking fee of $8.99 which will be deducted from your final return amount once the return is received. Should you decide to exchange the product, this fee will be waived. 

    How long does it take to process a return?
    Your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the returned items to our shop. Credit card refunds usually take up to 5-10 business days thereafter to appear on your bank statement.

    What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
    Uh oh, mistakes do happen. If you received a package different from the one that you ordered, contact us right away and we'll be happy to assist.
