RUSTIC VINTAGE WEDDING

Today we are sharing this beautifully styled Rustic Vintage themed wedding submitted by Emma of Any Occasion Events. Not only do we love the styling but also the story on how the bride and groom met, it is truly a fairytale.

Here's what Emma shared about this wedding;

When Leah went to Uganda on a Church mission she never imagined she would meet the love of her life. Robert is studying to become a Dr and they believe that God brought them their very own love story when they met.

I was lucky enough to offer my services to my amazing friend to style her wedding. Leah is an old soul with a love for anything Vintage so we set out to make their day as vintage and fun as possible. Because Leah’s parents are ministers of the church having a small intimate wedding was never going to happen, so they had their ceremony at their Mission in Port Stephens with an afternoon tea to follow, so that everyone could give the newlyweds their best wishes. The afternoon tea was complete with fairy floss and popcorn as well as fun games. The reception that followed later in the evening was adorned with fairy lights, paper doilies, and mismatched chairs as well as lots of other cute little details like knitted rugs to keep warm, an old fashioned photo booth and a drink station. Suitcases featured heavily as Leah loved collecting them and they seemed appropriate with the couple moving to Uganda soon after their wedding where Rob will finish becoming a doctor. They then plan on moving to Australia so Rob can become a Heart Surgeon which is when they will return to Uganda and open an Orphanage.
