Jo from Jo Kalivas Events and Styling had so much fun styling Willow’s Christening. With the brief being Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, the challenge was to design something a little out of the box, so she decided on the colour palette of peach, white, grey and silver.
Custom coloured balloon installations and light filled glass dome centerpieces lent to the ethereal quality. She created hand made clouds festooned with fairy lights which were hung from the ceiling and used beautiful heartfelt images. Willow's family had recently been photographed, which Jo then used as mini artwork easel centerpieces.
The design had a twist of rustic with the bespoke backdrop,wooden easels and trays which suited the brief. Custom stationary and paperie complemented the theme. From the designed backdrop, to the welcome banner and seating sign and the adorable hand cut silver foil star napkin rings. The perfect cake topped it all off, a feature in its simplicity!
