A SUMPTUOUS SURPRISE 18TH

When your older brother is a bit of a styling and dessert connoisseur-you know that you’re in for simply sumptuous day. In the conception of this birthday celebration, the first thing Mr Timothy James knew was the colour palette-rose, smoke and copper. A gorgeous colour combination he feels is the new go-to for all celebrations. To create a relaxed and casual feel-simple styling, fresh florals by Jess Maugher Floral Design, and decadent desserts were used to create this striking set-up, with the colour scheme working in perfect harmony with all of the elements, from the dining table through to the lavish desserts table. Trying to avoid formality and symmetry, he opted instead for a more casual feel, adopting varying sizes and heights for the serving ware, to add layers and interest to the table. eighteen - 3

Whisking Hannah, the birthday girl away for a few hours, she was met with Timothy in the underground car park, who led her up to the penthouse of the Empire Hotel where she laughed, ate, and enjoyed this gorgeous set up brought to life thanks to Timothy and the help enlisted from his creative collaborators.
