Here's what Sara had to say about this beautiful set up; It was an exciting opportunity to create a Healthy Organic Buffet for Miranda Kerr’s organic products KORA Organics by Miranda Kerr, hosted by YOGA loft Newcastle. I wanted to create something very lush and fresh to bring in the eco and organic feel, so I went with big glossy Monsteria leaves to create the living green wall. For a girl who loves her sweets, I enjoyed crossing to the green side, the organic treats were delicious. Thankfully my friend Megan from Meg's Bliss Balls whipped up over 150 of her yummy chocolate alternative bliss balls, which have taken off since starting her business recently. Also flying off the table were the Organic Strawberry Mousse, Almond Torta Caprese wrapped in brown paper and twine, Organic Sugar Cookies, Lentil Bites with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce, Mini Quiches, Organic Meatballs, Grape Skewers, Fruit Skewers, Caprese Bites, Mini Frittatas, Sorbet and Fresh Lemonade made in the Thermomix.
