Today we are sharing this fabulous party styled by one of our industry favourites Jason James. I have been a fan of his work for some time now, and I love how he pushes the boundaries every time with his extraordinary design and creative flair.
Here's what Jason shared about this stunning party;
I had the honour of designing Audrey Isabella’s Baby Shower at The Grounds of Alexandria, design and style all elements of her Nursery and recently created the event design for her Christening. The overall concept for Audrey Isabella’s 1st Birthday was to create a fun, fabulous and BUBBLICIOUS party with a backdrop of iconic Sydney Harbor; a monochromatic pale pink palette was implemented across all styling elements with pops of dove grey and fuchsia.
A pale pink and playful floral palette of Cymbidium Orchids, thousands of carnations, Phalaenopsis Orchids, and Columbian Roses cascaded 2 metres off the table settings with pops of balloons to add drama and fun. ‘Bubble’ like shaped floral moments created from carnations and roses in tones of pretty pinks were strategically positioned at various heights throughout the tables for drama and accented by custom poured soy candles.
A three-dimensional 2-tier cake embellished with bubble like beads was created for Audrey’s birthday. Various sized spheres were dipped in chocolate and painted shades of pink and silver to reinforce the Bubblicious concept.
Two- tone dove grey crockery contrasted with individual pearl pink charger plates, pure white Belgian linen napkins, and custom designed pink soy candles and dove grey name tags personalised with pale pink calligraphy were attached to each candle favor. This set the scene for a truly personalised and unique 1st birthday.
