NAUTICAL ROW ROW ROW YOUR BOAT
Little Benji loves the nursery rhyme Row Row Row Your Boat so it was only fitting that Lisa from Lettuce and Co came up with the theme for his 1st birthday party, it was nautical. But not the traditional blue, red and white colour theme. A refined and modern approach which was made easy at the Stables of Como House. They love a blank canvas. Feature decor was a balloon installation on mass spilling from an actual life-sized rowboat. JAKOB'S DREAMY PASTEL PLAYGROUND
The brief from Jakob's parents was fun and playful with a garden feel and of course pastels!!! Jimmy from Jimket Designs knew exactly what to do - ‘a dreamy pastel playground ‘ for little Jakob!
The pastel colours speak for themselves, so it didn’t detract from them. Jimmy combined it all with clean crisp whites, umbrellas, large animal figurines and childhood desserts perfectly display in a cart! He loved it, the kids loved it and the adults loved it even more! Gorgeous work!

I wanted to design something that would be whimsical and a little different then what you normally see but still incorporating all the iconic Graduation items. Some of the key pieces were these Candy trees. I made them primarily out of large Marshmallows that I dyed in food colouring and water. They...
