Merry Cherry Candle:
A rich and intoxicating aroma full of fruit, spices with a hint of red wine. Our NEW Christmas themed candle is Merry Cherry. All our vessel candles are made of 100% soy vegetable wax. They are vegan, cruelty free and hand poured in Melbourne.

- Burn for 3-6 hours at a time
Candle Care: Burn within sight and never leave candle burning unattended. Ensure candle is burning on a stable, heat-resistance surface. Burn candle in a well-ventilated room. Never burn on or near anything that can catch fire. Place burning candles at least 7cm apart from one another. Do not touch or move the candle when it is burning, the glass can become very hot whilst it is burning. Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets. Be very careful if using the candle during a power outage. Never use the candle as a night light. Extinguish the candle if it smokes, flickers repeatedly, or the flame becomes too high. The wick needs to be trimmed. Always extinguish candle safely - with a candle snuffer, never with water or using your breath.. Please take care with hot wax. Always extinguish when leaving the room/before going to sleep. Never use a knife or sharp object to remove wax drippings from the glass. Discontinue burning when 1.5cm of wax remains.

Domestic Shipping: Oh It's Perfect offers Australia Post Or Tracked Courier Delivery for $9.95, Express Shipping for $15.95, and FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders $55 AUD and over. We use the fastest option available with tracking. Once your order is picked up by Courier you are emailed the tracking number.
Specific Day or Same Day Melbourne Metro Delivery $36.95 (Monday-Friday) available for orders placed before 12pm. Same Day/Specific Day Melbourne Weekend Delivery is available on request.

International Shipping: Yes, we ship internationally!
For all New Zealand orders we charge a flat rate of $20 AUD.
For all other countries we charge a flat rate of $45 AUD (excluding wholesale and bulk orders)
Express International Orders are charged at $85 AUD and sent via DHL Express - the fastest international shipping method available.
Any Duties and Taxes payable on International Orders are the responsibility of the recipient and Oh It's Perfect has no control over import fees. Please see Importation Costs for further information.
Authority To Leave: The courier will have an authority to leave your order package unattended at the delivery location at your sole risk, unless you request otherwise in your order notes (Checkout) or by emailing us firstname.lastname@example.org

Returns & Refund policy
All sales are final unless the order is incorrect or arrives defective or damaged. We are unable to accept returns or exchange requests due to change of mind, so please choose carefully. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds due to any delivery/shipping delays or events being canceled due to COVID.
If returning an incorrect or faulty item, it must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it with its original packaging. Please email email@example.com for any return requests within 7 days of receiving the order with photos clearly showing the fault. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return requests received after 7 days of receiving the order will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected (faulty or damaged items only), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then we will offer a replacement or refund. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow upto 14 days for your bank to process the refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
As flowers are a natural product some colour/size/style variations may occur. We do not offer or provide returns, refunds or exchanges on these items for change of mind after placing or receiving your order, so we advise to please choose carefully. Images provided on our website are for illustrative purposes only and therefore there may be variations to the images used on the website. We will not accept the return or exchange of any flowers due to any variation between the flowers you receive and reference images on this website unless damaged. Upon receiving your flowers, please allow some time for them to fluff out and resume their natural shape. It is reasonable to assume that transportation may cause flattening. If this is the case, please handle the flowers with care and gently move them back into position. Light shedding is normal during transit and is not deemed to be faulty or damaged. Our arrangements are hand made to order, as such arrangements will need to be amended slightly at times with changes in season and stock availability. However, we endeavour to maintain the colours and style of the arrangement as close as possible. As they are a hand made product and no two flowers are alike, no two arrangements will ever be exactly the same.
Pre Orders and Custom Orders
Pre Orders and Custom Orders are NOT refundable. All pre-order items are considered Sold & Final.They are paid in full up front so that we may reserve a product for you. No refunds/order cancellations are given on pre-orders. Our only exception is if damaged, wrong or faulty product is delivered, it will be replaced or exchanged, where a replacement isn't available you will be issued a store credit.
We will do our best to ship Pre-Order Products in accordance with their expected ship date. If this changes, you will be notified via email used when placing the order. You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-Order Products.
