Today we are sharing the part two of the beautiful dessert table displays by
Pretty Pedestals for One Wedding Day Wedding Fair in Sydney.
Here's what Lisa shared about styling these stunning dessert tables;
With our geometric tablescape we wanted to create a contemporary look with bold colours so settled on a blue, white and gold colour palette and used a combination of our classic round cake stands and vintage pedestals with interesting geometric patterns. Desserts included an incredible cake with geometric heart topper by the very creative Katherine Sabbath, matching giant geo heart cookie, diamond shaped cookies, chocolate gems by unbirthday bakery, vanilla panna cotta pots and gold striped macarons. To complement the desserts Astrid created 3D diamond dessert tags and Party Pony Piñata custom designed a gold geo hanging frame installation which we adorned with white florals.
The final setting and probably our most popular with brides for their kitchen tea, was our colourful watercolour tablescape which featured the most amazing custom floral artwork in tones of pink, purple, blue and yellow by Paperplayground. We loved this design so much that we incorporated it into our desserts including our cookies, vanilla bean marshmallows, chocolate bars and the most fabulous handpainted macarons by It’s a cake thing by Jhoanee. These were definitely a crowd pleaser especially as unique thank you gifts (bomboniere) for guests. Other desserts included chocolate gems, mango, lime & coconut mousse pots and to top it all off, the piece de resistance, a signature Katherine Sabbath cake featuring pink ganache drip and colourful meringue kisses. And who could forget our bright floral arrangements by Garden Rose Florist who did an amazing job at bringing to life our custom floral artwork as well as our pink grapefruit spritzer sitting pretty on our turquoise pedestal.
