The parents-to-be wanted a "non-baby shower" baby shower. April from C.C. Monroe Event Design and her client decided to move away from the traditional baby shower colour palettes and themes. Instead, they designed a monochromatic shower with pops of colour and filled with funny baby catch phrases. Sticking with the "non-baby shower" feel, they steered clear of traditional baby shower games and activities.
