Did someone say ‘70s Retro Birthday Party? There’s no better way to celebrate the big 4-0 birthday then stepping back in time to the ‘70s. Inspiration was pulled from the iconic orange and brown hues of the disco era and the retro modern pieces of furniture matched them perfectly.
Florals were by Busy Bee Florals and captured the fun and funky vibe, creating the perfect backdrop for a selfie. The floral arrangement at the bar also matched the theme!
Upon arrival, a grazing board gave guests an opportunity to snack until the prosciutto sandwiches and friend chicken sliders came out.
The night ended with an epic Smores' bar “Let’s get toasted.” It was hard to say ‘no’ to!
Let’s talk about the bar. It served up cocktails with a ‘70s twist. The manhattans “Stone Called Fox” were a big hit.
Not a single guest showed up unprepared for the celebration. There were roller skates, sequins, bellbottoms, glitter and 70’s attire to brag about for days. This group definitely had Saturday night fever!
Let's not forget Captain America which was a nod to the birthday boy - his favourite character as a kid!
Glasses were never empty at this retro birthday party and neither was the dance floor! This was a party even John Travolta would be sad he missed.
