Sprinkle Choc Chip Cookie Mix
150g plain flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp Salt
50 g caster sugar
50g brown sugar
2 tbsp sprinkles
100g chocolate chips (or more – we don’t judge!)
- In a bowl, combine the plain flour, salt and baking powder.
- Layer ingredients into jar in the following order: flour, brown sugar, caster sugar, chocolate chips.
- Decorate jar to your heart’s content.

For these DELICIOUS cookies, you’ll need one egg and 125g butter.
Preheat oven to 180?C. Line two oven trays with baking paper. Cream butter and egg together until creamy and fluffy. Add dry cookie mix and beat on low speed until just combined. Scoop tablespoons on dough onto the lined baking trays. Bake for 6-9 minutes, or until golden. Remove from tray. Best eaten warm and in enormous quantities!
