Touran from Creme Co by Touran wanted to create something AMAZING for their baby girl, their 1st born and now teenager! It was a 13th Birthday that Chloe will never forget. Teenagers are so much more mature and glamorous than what they used to be that's for sure! But what Girl wouldn't love to have her own little cocktail party to celebrate entering the teens in absolute glamour and style. They were inspired by the colour tone of Chloe's dress to start with and her love for all things Parisian, hence the blush pink tones and the Chanel cart, and they built the theme from there.
