Cinco De Mayo Party

Roxanne from Roxanne Mcclure Photography has been itching to create so she decided to throw together a last minute Cinco De Mayo party in her dining room. They have been (in isolation) Shelter In Place (S.I.P) for so many weeks now that they have lost count. Being that this is another holiday spent at her home she thought that she would make a spin off of the song “Who’s down with OPP, ya you know me” by Naughty By Nature and turn it into some thing fun with “S.I.P” because we could all use a little more FUN these days! They made pockets full of Jalapeño Poppers and 'Nacho average snack' of homemade taquitos with a side of chips and cheesy bean dip.

Cookies and cake were the sweet treat of this show and today they made cactus churros….Thank you to Disney for releasing their recipe, they didn’t disappoint. It's always 5 o’clock somewhere. This being said, what's a fiesta without the drinks?! This one was a jalapeño cucumber margarita and it was just what they needed at the end of the day!
